Jordi Truñón, presenter of the COPE program “Duros a 4 pesetes” has interviewed our chef, Toni Gordillo, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Hogar Gallego.
In the interview, Toni, third generation at the helm of the restaurant, has reviewed the history of Hogar Gallego, from the beginnings to the present day during this half century.
