A pesar de sus p\u00faas, es agradecido y f\u00e1cil de trabajar porque, hagas como lo hagas, siempre reserva un punto de gusto a mar que lo hace muy caracter\u00edstico y aut\u00e9ntico. De hecho, el periodista Julio Camba, en su libro <em>El Arte de comer, <\/em>asegura que <strong>\u201cno hay ning\u00fan marisco que sintetice el mar de una manera tan perfecta como el erizo de mar\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/elhogargallego.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/goraines-1.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1288\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1288\" src=\"http:\/\/elhogargallego.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/goraines-1-300x218.jpg\" alt=\"goraines\" width=\"300\" height=\"218\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elhogargallego.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/goraines-1-300x218.jpg 300w, https:\/\/elhogargallego.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/goraines-1.jpg 365w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, es un plato t\u00edpico entre los pescadores del Mediterr\u00e0neo. Los erizos de mar son capaces de seducir a casi todos los paladares, crudos o hervidos, desde la Costa Brava hasta C\u00e1diz. Y tambi\u00e9n tienen adeptos repartidos en el Atl\u00e1ntico, desde Irlanda hasta las islas Canarias.
