Toni’s approach to cooking is a testament to his passion for blending the essence of traditional Catalan cuisine with contemporary touches, creating dishes that are true works of gastronomic art. Educated at the Arnadi Hoffman Hospitality School in Barcelona<\/strong>, and with experience in internationally renowned kitchens such as Ferran Adri\u00e0’s El Bulli<\/strong>, Santi Santamaria’s El Rac\u00f3 de Can Fabes<\/strong>, as well as with Jean Luch Figueras<\/strong> (Jean Luch) and Olivier Roellinger (Les Maisons de Bricourt),<\/strong> Toni brings this wealth of experience directly to our kitchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
